4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, username or account access with any third party. The Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.4 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected]. The Operator may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) are processed as priority matters and will be actioned promptly.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable.
6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a bonus is active and subject to a wagering requirement, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The maximum bet limit is stated in the specific offer terms.

7.2 Odds and Prices. All odds and prices are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is only settled once it has been confirmed and assigned a bet reference by the Platform's betting engine.
7.3 Errors. Where an obvious error in odds, pricing, market classification or game outcome determination occurs due to a technical or human error, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to User accounts.
7.4 Results & Disputes. Results are determined by the Operator's official data sources. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, the Operator's determination — based on the most reliable available data — shall be final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
7.5 Unsettled Bets at Account Closure. Where a User requests account closure while bets remain unsettled, those bets will continue to be settled in the normal course. Resulting winnings will be paid to the User's nominated withdrawal method.
7.6 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets carry additional risks associated with real-time data latency and fast-changing event conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:
